Wfunded Legal

Terms of Use

These Terms describe the intended rules for accessing and using the Wfunded website, account interfaces and platform services.

Last updated: August 2026
Draft Terms Notice

Wfunded is currently a prototype. These Terms are a preliminary framework and are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. They should be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel before Wfunded provides live financial services.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wfunded, users agree to comply with the Terms of Use that apply to the platform at that time.

If a user does not agree with the applicable Terms, they should not use the relevant services.

02

Eligibility

Users must satisfy all eligibility requirements applicable to the services they intend to use, including minimum age, residency, identity verification and jurisdictional restrictions.

Certain services may not be available in every country or region.

03

Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete and current information.

Users are responsible for keeping account information up to date and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The current Wfunded GitHub Pages prototype does not create secure production accounts and should not be used for real customer credentials.
04

Account Security

Users should use strong passwords, protect authentication codes and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

Wfunded may implement additional security measures such as multi-factor authentication, login monitoring and account recovery procedures.

05

Identity & Compliance Checks

Before certain services are provided, Wfunded may require identity, residency, source-of-funds or other information necessary to satisfy applicable legal, fraud-prevention or compliance requirements.

Access to services may be delayed, limited or unavailable where required information cannot be verified.

06

Market Information

Market information may include prices, percentage changes, charts, asset descriptions and other market-related content.

Market information may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by third parties. Users should not assume that information is real-time unless it is expressly identified as live market data.

Market prices currently shown on the Wfunded prototype are illustrative and are not represented as live quotations.
07

Trading & Investment Risk

Trading and investing involve financial risk. Asset prices may rise or fall significantly, and users may lose some or all capital committed to an investment or trade.

Historical or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future performance.

Users should review all relevant terms and risk information before making financial decisions.

08

No Guaranteed Returns

Wfunded must not be understood as guaranteeing profits, fixed trading outcomes or future investment performance unless a legally valid product expressly provides such terms and all required disclosures have been made.

Any return figures currently displayed in Wfunded investment-plan prototypes are mathematical illustrations based on example scenarios, not guaranteed or verified investment performance.
09

Deposits & Withdrawals

If deposits or withdrawals are introduced, they will be subject to applicable payment, verification, security, processing and compliance requirements.

Processing times, supported methods, limits and fees should be clearly disclosed before live money movement is enabled.

10

Fees & Charges

Any fees, spreads, commissions, subscription charges or other costs associated with Wfunded services should be disclosed before they are incurred.

Fees may vary depending on products, payment methods, jurisdictions or third-party providers.

11

Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse Wfunded or attempt to interfere with its operation. Prohibited conduct may include:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Attempts to bypass security systems.
  • Use of stolen or false identity information.
  • Money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
  • Introducing malicious code or disrupting platform services.
  • Using Wfunded in violation of applicable law.
12

Suspension or Restriction

Wfunded may need to restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal obligations, technical issues or violations of applicable platform terms.

Any such powers should be implemented consistently with applicable law and contractual obligations.

13

Third-Party Services

Wfunded may rely on third-party providers for services such as market data, hosting, authentication, payments, verification or custody.

Certain third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies and availability requirements.

14

Intellectual Property

The Wfunded name, interface, branding, site design and original platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization except where permitted by law.

15

Platform Availability

Wfunded may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security issues, external service interruptions or events outside reasonable control.

No digital platform can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

16

Limitation of Liability

Any limitation of liability applicable to live Wfunded services must be drafted in accordance with the laws governing those services and must not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

This section therefore requires jurisdiction-specific legal review before production use.

17

Account Closure

Procedures for closing an account should address outstanding transactions, withdrawals, record-retention requirements and any continuing obligations imposed by applicable law.

18

Changes to the Terms

Wfunded may update these Terms as the platform, products or legal requirements change.

Material changes should be communicated to users using appropriate notices and, where required, renewed acceptance.

19

Governing Law & Disputes

The governing law, courts, dispute-resolution procedures and complaint process should be specified once Wfunded's operating entity and jurisdictions have been formally established.

These provisions should not be invented or added until the relevant legal structure is confirmed.

20

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Wfunded Support Center. Formal company and legal contact information should be added once verified.
